OEM
Designing engine cooling systems for heavy-duty and off-highway equipment means balancing high heat rejection, compact installation space and serviceability.
Cleanfix Self-Cleaning Fans deliver powerful engine cooling and automatically reverse airflow to clean the radiator within seconds like no other. This means longer operating times, reduced maintenance and a clear competitive advantage, for you and your customers.
Connect & Collaborate
Our team works directly with your project teams to develop a tailored solution that meets your specifications while delivering enhanced efficiency and performance to your entire operations.

All advantages at a glance
Advantages
Powerful cleaning
Clean radiators lead to a lower average static pressure and reduced fan power consumption
Optimized cooling
Variable Pitch Fan options allow airflow to match cooling system demands
Compact Design
Cleanfix´ regular cleaning cycles and efficient blade profile allow for smaller cooling packages
Test bench & laboratory
As a partner to developers and OEMs, we offer high-performance reversible fans and support you in the development of individual solutions. Take advantage of our experience, system expertise and sophisticated technical capabilities to equip your machine concepts with the Cleanfix reversible fan, one of the most sustainable and powerful cooling systems on the market.
- Together we determine the precise efficiency for energy-efficient and low-noise cooling modules on our new test bench.
- Fans, radiator packages or scaled-down 3D-printed models can be measured here. This significantly reduces development costs, as prototypes and models already provide realistic air resistance characteristics.
- The suction-side chamber test rig is 14 m long, meets international standards (ISO 5801, ANSI/AMCA 210-16) and is suitable for axial fans with impeller diameters from 300 mm to 900 mm (12″ to 36″).

Unlock Maximum Efficiency & Reliability
Cleanfix Self-Cleaning Fans simplify your cooling system, reduce operational costs, and improve uptime. For OEMs this means fewer compromises, faster integration, and a smarter solution for modern engine applications

3D printing & material tests
In our 3D printing room, we create scaled-down development samples, such as new blade profiles, which can be tested in the chamber test bench. We are also continuously working on material improvements: Material pairings, surface finishes and changes before and after tests are analyzed to optimize the service life and performance of your machine.
